Dazu Creative is a design studio offering services in branding, web design, environmental graphics, signage, social media, and related creative consulting. Project scopes, deliverables, and timelines are detailed in individual client agreements or proposals

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the intellectual property of Dazu Creative and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
Clients retain rights to final deliverables as specified in their project agreement. Dazu Creative retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, promotional materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in your individual project contract. Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month after 14 days past the due date. For retainer or ongoing services, cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and any necessary materials required for project completion. Delays in client response may result in adjusted timelines or additional charges.
5. Revisions and Scope Changes
Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed-upon scope will be billed at our current hourly rate or quoted as a new phase of work.
6. Third Party Tools and Software
We may use third-party platforms (such as WordPress, Elementor, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.) as part of our work. We are not liable for outages, policy changes, or pricing changes from these platforms.
7. Confidentiality
Any proprietary information shared by either party will be treated as confidential and not shared outside the scope of the project.
8. Limitation of Liability
Dazu Creative is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or website. We strive to deliver high-quality work but do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated, payment is not received, or if the working relationship becomes unsustainable. All work completed up to that point will be invoiced accordingly.
10. Governing Law
Any proprietary information shared by either party will be treated as confidential and not shared outside the scope of the project.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
